1. Add Appraisal Order

Quickly add your appraisal orders via our Smart Form or by auto-forwarding order emails into your "Appraisal Inbox" with Order Forward.

2. Assign Team Members

Add your team members to the order by their role (appraiser, trainee, data entry, etc.). Commission tracking (fee splits) is automatic.

3. Schedule the Inspection

Select the inspection date. Appraisal Inbox automatically syncs the dates into the shared team schedule and your Google Calendar.

4. Assign Appraisal Tasks

Delegate tasks (to-do's) to assignees and set a due date per-task. Tasklists can be configured by property type and customized.

5. Upload Workfiles

Upload the engagement letter, rent roll, photos and other supporting documents involved in the assignment. File uploads are unlimited.
